Managing Director Angie Beasley has acquired full ownership of Ceaton Security Services Ltd

Ceaton Security Services, established in 1991 by brothers Gordon and Deane Ceaton (Angie’s father) based in Cardiff, has grown today to be highly reputable and well respected in the security industry.  Ceaton specialise in the design, installation, service and maintenance of fire detection, security & CCTV, access control systems, automation systems and passive fire protection and work with commercial clients including the likes of Principality Stadium, Welsh Government, Rail Networks, Military clients, and Facilities Management companies such as Amey, Integral, Equans and Mitie.

Berry Smith advised and worked closely with Angie who has run Ceaton for the last few years since Deane’s retirement in 2018, throughout the transaction to complete the succession plans and to help deliver a smooth transaction. The purchase will enable the legacy that Deane has created to continue to expand in the security industry

Emma Borrington, Corporate Partner of Berry Smith led the deal. Other key members of the Berry Smith team who worked on the transaction were Jacob Sims (Corporate Finance).

Emma commented: It was a delight to work with Angie and help her achieve her goals of owning Ceaton, taking on the mantle from Deane with the vision to see it grow and expand further in the marketplace. We look forward to working with Angie in the future and seeing the growth and expansion of this successful Welsh business continue.

Angie, said: “A big thank you to Emma and the team at Berry Smith for supporting us through this management buyout. Throughout the process, the communication and support were excellent and this was turned around in the timeframe we needed. We are really grateful for all of the help and I can’t recommend Emma and Berry Smith highly enough “.
