Ceaton Security Services Named Integrated Multi-Discipline Facilities Services Provider of the Year 2026 – Wales

Ceaton Security Services is proud to have been named Integrated Multi-Discipline Facilities Services Provider of the Year 2026 – Wales, with the business featured in the Q3 2026 edition of BUILD Review.

The recognition celebrates Ceaton’s multi-disciplinary expertise and the service delivered by our team across fire, security, automation and fire doors, supporting customers throughout Wales and beyond.

More than 35 years of protecting people, property and businesses

Established in Cardiff in 1991, Ceaton has grown from its roots as a security specialist into a multi-disciplinary business supporting customers across a broad range of commercial, public sector and operational environments.

Today, our teams provide the design, installation, maintenance and ongoing support of systems spanning fire detection, CCTV, intruder detection, access control, automatic doors, gates, barriers, bollards and fire doors.

Across these disciplines, the principle behind our approach has remained consistent: providing practical engineering expertise, dependable service and solutions built around the individual requirements of our customers.

It is an approach that has enabled Ceaton to develop relationships spanning decades and support more than 2,000 sites across its customer base.

Recognition for the whole Ceaton team

While the award recognises the breadth of services Ceaton provides, it also reflects the people responsible for delivering them.

From our engineers working across customer sites to the teams coordinating projects, maintenance and responsive support from our Cardiff headquarters, delivering a reliable service depends on people working together.

Speaking to BUILD Review, Ceaton Business Unit Director Jordan Williams highlighted the importance of those relationships:

“Many of our customers have worked with us for decades, which we believe speaks volumes about the way we do business.”

Jordan also credited the team behind Ceaton’s continued success, many of whom have been with the company for more than 20 years.

That combination of experience, technical knowledge and commitment to service continues to play an important role in how Ceaton supports its customers.

Proudly Welsh, with capability that extends beyond Wales

Being recognised as Integrated Multi-Discipline Facilities Services Provider of the Year 2026 – Wales is particularly meaningful for a business that has called Cardiff home since 1991.

Our Welsh roots remain an important part of who we are, from the communities in which our people live and work to the organisations and infrastructure our teams support every day.

At the same time, Ceaton continues to develop its capabilities as part of Senseco, combining the regional knowledge and customer relationships for which Ceaton is known with access to wider technical expertise and capability.

This latest recognition is therefore a proud milestone in Ceaton’s journey – and, above all, recognition of the people who continue to deliver for our customers every day.

Congratulations to the entire Ceaton team.
